It is very common for one to experience depression after a major event. After months of preparation, running around, parties, invitations, shopping etc when you find all the focus shifting away from you and things settling down, you tend to get a bit unnerved.

Mothers-After pregnancy
Managers –After a big Project
And Hundreds of Couples-Post their honeymoon.
You may be even be surprised to find your spouse experiencing the same. Take solace, as you are not the only one.
Here, are some tips, which will help you get rid of this kind of depression.
1) Invest time on your spouse; do things that please him/her the most.
2) Take out time to decorate your house
3) Plan out things for the future
4) Spend time on building the relationship
5) Get in touch with friends, whom you had completely forgotten during your courting days.
