Legalities
If you would like to get married in a court house, then you need to inform the court house and you have to register to get marriage license. You need to pay a small amount to get marriage license.
If you would like to get married in court house, you have to speak to the attendant as he helps in filing for your marriage. In general it takes nearly two weeks to get marriage license. But sometimes it differs from one state to the other.
Witness
If you wanted to get married in a court house, then you need to have at least two witness for your marriage. There is one condition for the witness that is, the witness should be above eighteen.
On the wedding day
